Even though it seems like a lot, many of these items will fit in the storage area with your spare tire or some other cubby hole in the trunk of your car. You will have all the emergency essentials needed while on the road.
One other thing you might want to keep in this kit is money. A $20 bill stashed somewhere that a thief wouldn’t normally look might end up being a lifesaver. If you run out of gas or need an item on the road but you don’t have your wallet, you’ll be glad you stashed the money away.
The first aid kit will have an expiration date on it. Be sure to note that and replace it when it’s expired.
