[tps_title]Low Coolant Temperature Light[/tps_title]

check engine light

Not many cars have a low coolant temperature light, but if you don’t have a coolant temperature gauge in your car you probably do. Many cars will have this warning light in red. When it’s red, it means the engine is about to overheat.

For cars that do not have a temperature gauge on the dash, the blue version of this light means the engine is not yet up to temperature. In the cold months, if you turn your heater on when this light is active, you’ll get cold air through the vents. Once the light turns off, it’s safe to turn on the heater or air conditioner.
