2015 Mustang options for the GT include better performance features. Larger brakes come standard along with an engine oil cooler. The burnout control electronic line lock comes standard. To help drivers on the drag strip, launch control also comes standard with the 6-speed manual transmission.
A 5.0L V8 powers the 2015 Mustang GT.

Recaro cloth seats with manual adjustment and rear parking sensors are optional extras. The GT Performance Package resembles the EcoBoost Performance Package by adding bigger Brembo brakes, a TORSEN rear axle and a stiffer suspension setup. The Performance Package also has a mode on the traction control allowing the car to slide but not allowing the driver to lose control.
